🍜 Ingredients

1. 0.25 cup butter
2. 0.75 cup sugar
3. 0.5 teaspoon salt
4. 1 teaspoon vanilla
5. 1 egg
6. egg white
7. 2 cup flour
8. 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
9. 0.75 cup chopped pecans

📑 Directions

1. Preheat oven 350F
2. Mix butter, sugar, salt, vanilla
3. Add egg + egg white
4. Add flour, baking powder, nuts
5. Foam into log
6. Cook for 30-35min
7. Cut 0.5 inch thick
8. Bake for 15-20min
