    1. Firm tofu (14g)
    2. Chicken

📑 Directions

  1. Preheat large skill or wok over medium heat
  2. Add garlic
    1. Sauté for 30 seconds
  3. Add onion and peppers
    1. Cook for 2-3min or until slightly tender
    2. Push veggies to side
  4. Add panang curry and fry for a few seconds, then mix with veggies
  5. Stir in coconut milk and mix
  6. Add half basil leaves, protein, and salt. Mix
  7. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5min or until comes to gentle boil
  8. Add peanut butter, soy sauce, and mix well
  9. Garnish with lime and remaining Thai basil
