📑 Directions
- Preheat large skill or wok over medium heat
- Add garlic
- Sauté for 30 seconds
- Add onion and peppers
- Cook for 2-3min or until slightly tender
- Push veggies to side
- Add panang curry and fry for a few seconds, then mix with veggies
- Stir in coconut milk and mix
- Add half basil leaves, protein, and salt. Mix
- Cover and cook on medium heat for 5min or until comes to gentle boil
- Add peanut butter, soy sauce, and mix well
- Garnish with lime and remaining Thai basil
