🍜 Ingredients

2 sticks butter, unsalted
Pasta
2 lemons worth of zest and juice

📑 Directions

While pasta is boiling, melt butter in pan
Put in zest and lemon juice, whisk to combine
Salt to taste
Using tongs, transfer cooked pasta into pan- do not drain
Stir/fold over pasta to coat in sauce
Serve with zest if desired
