📑 Directions
- In large bowl, add:
- Flour
- Salt
- Xanthan gum(leave out if flour has it)
- Add yeast by making hole in flour, pour yeast in
- Warm milk to 110-115F
- Add softened butter, eggs, apple cider vinegar, and honey to bowl
- Mix until fully combined
- Butter two 9 inch pans
- Use spoon to scoop dough balls onto pans
- Put butter on dough balls in circle with 1 inch in middle
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and put kitchen towel over
- Put in warm place
- I preheat oven to 100F, turn off, leave closed
- Leave to rise for 1 hour
- Remove pans, take off plastic wrap
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Bake rolls on middle rack for 14-16min, watching because they burn easily
- Cover in melted butter and serve
