📑 Directions

  1. In large bowl, add:
    1. Flour
    2. Salt
    3. Xanthan gum(leave out if flour has it)
  2. Add yeast by making hole in flour, pour yeast in
  3. Warm milk to 110-115F
  4. Add softened butter, eggs, apple cider vinegar, and honey to bowl
  5. Mix until fully combined
  6. Butter two 9 inch pans
  7. Use spoon to scoop dough balls onto pans
  8. Put butter on dough balls in circle with 1 inch in middle
  9. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and put kitchen towel over
  10. Put in warm place
    1. I preheat oven to 100F, turn off, leave closed
  11. Leave to rise for 1 hour
  12. Remove pans, take off plastic wrap
  13. Preheat oven to 400F
  14. Bake rolls on middle rack for 14-16min, watching because they burn easily
  15. Cover in melted butter and serve
