📑 Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 100F then turn off
  2. Add sugar to large mixing bowl
  3. Separate bowl:
    1. Whisk 2 eggs
    2. Let come to room temp
  4. Warm milk (110-115F), microwaving 1min at a time
  5. Add sugar and compine
  6. Add yeast to mixture and allow to bubble (few minutes)
  7. Melt butter, ensuring to be below 115F. Pour apple cider vinegar,and eggs to bowl and mix
  8. Add flour, baking powder, salt
    1. Stir to combine complete. Should feel tacky
    2. Put in oven-proof bowl, cover with plastic wrap and kitchen towel
    3. Put in oven for 1 hour
  9. At 50min, making filling by adding butter, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla
  10. Remove dough and preheat oven to 350F.
  11. Roll dough out on floured parchment paper into rectangle 1 inch thick.
  12. Smooth on filling
  13. Roll dough tightly
  14. Cut into 12 rolls
  15. Place in greased 9x13
  16. Bake 25-30min
  17. Making frosting and drizzle
