📑 Directions
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken
- Dredge in flour to coat
- Large heavy sauté pan:
- Preheat pan on medium heat
- Add oil
- Add chicken
- Sauté until browned - roughly 5min per side
- Transfer to plate
- Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, oregano to same sauté pan and sauté until onion is tender, roughly 5min
- Add wine and simmer until reduced by half, approx. 3min
- Add tomatoes, broth, and capers
- Return chicken to pan, turning and covering in sauce
- Bring to simmer over medium heat, approx 30min thighs, 20min breasts
- Transfer chicken to plate
- Boil sauce for 3min
- Spoon excess fat from top
- Spoon sauce over chicken and pasta, add basil
