📑 Directions
- Preheat over to 325F
- Heat oil/fat in Dutch oven.
- Sprinkle beef with salt and sear.
- When browned, set aside
- In same pot, add onion and salt until soft
- Add garlic, paste, thyme, pepper, and cook for another minute or two
- Deglaze with red wine by scraping Dutch oven with wooden spoon
- Add beef bones/stock to pot, bring to simmer, cover, put in oven until tender (approx 2.5 hours)
