📑 Directions

  1. Preheat over 325F
  2. Whisk together dry ingredients
    1. Whisk in nuts/fruit if adding
  3. In separate bowl, whisk eggs, oil, extract, zest
  4. Add dry to wet and stir
  5. Scoop out dough into 2 rectangular logs and put on baking sheet with parchment
  6. Bake for 30min
  7. Remove from oven and allow to completely cool (30-60min)
  8. Move to cutting board
  9. Cut at angle or straight 0.5 or 0.75 inches thick
  10. Transfer to cooking sheet and bake again, bottom side down, for 10-15min
