- Raisins
- Baking powder

- Salt
- Other bowl: Whisk:

- Milk
- Vanilla
- Add milk mixture to oat mixture, along with butter
- Scatter apples evenly on bottom of dish
- Pour mixture over top and spread evenly
- Sprinkle remaining half nuts on top
